Lead Scoring

Every lead gets a score from 0-100 based on their likelihood to convert. The score factors in:

  • Recency — How long since they last engaged with you
  • Value — Their past job amounts and lifetime value
  • Seasonality — Whether this is a good time for their service type
  • Engagement — How they responded to past outreach

Campaign Sequences

Campaigns send messages over time in a coordinated sequence:

Day 1: SMS intro
Day 3: Value email
Day 7: SMS follow-up
Day 14: Email
Day 21: SMS + Email
